Based on the product’s weight and delivery address, we select either DHL Express, UPS Surepost, UPS Mail Innovations or internationally Ascendia.

 

Express shipping within the US: 2-3 business days.

International express shipping: 3-8 business days.

 

 Typically are produced and shipped in 2-3 days. Standard shipping times are 3 to 8 days except for the holiday season which can take up to twice as long. 

Shipping

Parcel items are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations domestically or other providers as deemed a good business practice unless otherwise instructed. Shipping times vary per product but are published on the product page. Most hardgoods ship within 2-3 business days normally. During holiday rushes hardgood take up to 8 business days. Softgoods usually ship in 3 days, but during holiday season this can increase up to 10 business days.
